Orders are processed M-F 9AM-5PM, CST. There is up to a 7 business day turn around from the time of payment until shipment.

Havendae LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - replacements or refunds will not be provided.

Orders $100+ receive free shipping!

Once an order has been shipped from our office, delivery time is typically 1-5 business days.
