Refund policy
Returns
Returns are allowed in two cases: if the product arrives damaged or if the product is not what you ordered. If the product arrives damaged in some way or is the wrong product, please reach out within a week of receiving your package by emailing hello@havendae.com. We reserve the right to review “broken” or nonfunctioning jewelry on a case by case basis. We may ask that you provide photos or return the product. If we require you to return the damaged or incorrect product, please send the return items to the address we provide you in our email exchange.
If return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@havendae.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges at this time, unless the product you receive is not the product that you ordered.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. After 24hrs your item may have already be shipped and cannot be cancelled.
